The ten core units dive deep into the theory, research, and practical tools essential to wellbeing science. With hands-on and experiential learning, you’ll engage in diagnostics, dive into key readings, engage in self-reflection, participate in activities, and complete written assessments.

The course focuses on applied learning, so you will be given practical assessments, such as hands-on activities, reflection exercises, written assessments, and short answer-type quizzes, to embed your learning.
Based on a two-to-three hour commitment each week, the course can be completed within nine months.
The course focuses on teaching skills and strategies you can gain for life to help improve your wellbeing, navigate challenges, and live a fulfilling life. How you apply your new skills is up to you, though we know the science shows that wellbeing practices have a ripple effect on your life and those around you.
