🎓 Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing
What drew you to study the Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing?
"I wanted the tools to truly flourish to help me be the better version of myself."
A couple 0f years ago, I found myself at a quiet turning point. I had come through a period of significant personal and health challenges and was beginning to feel steady again. I realised that while I had learned how to survive and heal, I now wanted the tools to truly flourish to help me be the better version of myself. That decision led me to the Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing with the Langley Group Institute.

How was your experience studying this course?
"What made the experience especially powerful was that it wasn’t just about learning theory."
So much of what I learned gave structure and evidence to things I had been doing intuitively for years – yet I also learned many new tools, perspectives, and frameworks that deepened my understanding of wellbeing. We were encouraged to apply it, reflect on it, and share our real-life experiences. That made the journey deeply personal. I truly believe each student experienced this Diploma differently, depending on where they were in their own life – and for me, it felt like a natural next step in my healing and growth.

How has the Diploma helped you spread positive ripples in your world?
"... And beyond that, I see the impact flowing gently into my wider community."
The ripple effect has been profound. Within myself, I feel more grounded and intentional. In my parenting, I bring more awareness, emotional connection, and strengths-based understanding. In my work in early childhood, these principles now shape how I support children and families. And beyond that, I see the impact flowing gently into my wider community.
Positive psychology feels like an endless ocean. This Diploma gave me a strong foundation, yet I know there is so much more to explore. I look forward to continuing my learning in this field through my own ongoing study.
This is a course I would wholeheartedly recommend. It didn’t just give me knowledge, it gave me practical tools, meaningful reflection, and a deeper sense of how to live and share wellbeing.
