The Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing has improved my life beyond measure. I began the Diploma at a particularly vulnerable time, while navigating chronic health challenges and recovery, and it became far more than a course of study.
The learning met me with compassion, evidence-based insight, and practical tools that supported not just my understanding of wellbeing, but my lived experience of it. Rather than focusing on what was broken or missing, the Diploma helped me reconnect with my strengths, values, and sense of meaning. It gently shifted my perspective from surviving to rebuilding and eventually, towards flourishing. My family, friends, and medical team are amazed by the transformation they have noticed, which is fantastic.
The content was skilfully designed and delivered by the incredible Sue Langley. It was engaging, thoughtful, and deeply applicable to real life. The virtual activities and assessments encouraged reflection and growth. Sue created a learning environment that felt safe, respectful, and genuinely human. The participation and engagement of fellow learners were inspirational and affirming. I felt supported to learn at my own pace while being meaningfully challenged. The feedback from the assessments was deeply relevant and encouraging. Barbara and the assessment team were responsive and insightful.
The leadership and support team are amazing! Yulia, Loretta, Rox and everyone were always ready to go above and beyond to support my success. It is evident that the team not only ‘talks the talk’ but evidently ‘walks the walk’!
What I am most grateful for is the lasting impact. The Diploma has changed how I relate to myself and how I show up for others. It has given me a language for wellbeing that I now use daily, in my family, my volunteer roles, and my community.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this Diploma to anyone seeking not just professional development, but personal transformation. It is a powerful investment in wellbeing, purpose, and hope.
