With a background in early childhood education and experience in a fast-paced retail environment, Amanda embraced the Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing to explore new perspectives and deepen her understanding of human connection. Through the course, she discovered practical ways to manage emotions, strengthen family and work relationships, and foster small daily moments of positivity. What started as professional development evolved into a personal journey of awareness, resilience, and meaningful connection.
With 14 years in life insurance and rehabilitation, Lisa sought to understand how evidence-based communication and positive psychology could deepen her impact with clients and strengthen her own wellbeing. What began as professional development became a transformative personal journey, equipping her with practical tools to build resilience, create meaning, and generate positive ripples for clients, colleagues, and herself.
Driven by a commitment to developing leaders in meaningful and human ways, Victoria chose the Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing to bridge the gap between knowing the research and truly living it. Through practical, strengths- and values-based experiences, the Diploma transformed knowledge into action, enabling her to create leadership programmes that generate lasting positive change for individuals, teams, and communities.
