The course was well-designed and delivered. I enrolled for my own personal growth and, specifically, to help understand and live positively with grief. The face-to-face course moved me towards that goal through excellent facilitation and teaching.

The unexpected bonus for me was my cohort of learning peers. It was really amazing to be surrounded by like-minds, focusing on strengths and giving to one another. The materials are well-presented, assessments are clear.

Overall, it was one of the best weeks I’ve had in a long time – lots of learning, engaging, reflecting, laughing and crying. I enjoyed every moment!
