The Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing includes eight units of competency, made up of six core units and two elective units.

The course can be completed within 12 months based on a three-to-four hour weekly commitment.

The immersion option will include six days of in-person training to deliver the content for six core units, followed by three-to-four hours weekly to complete the self-paced assessments and electives.

The virtual live learning option will include 15 three-hour webinars, followed by three to four hours weekly to complete the self-paced assessments and electives.

  • You must be over the age of 18 years
  • You must have access to a computer and the internet, a web browser, and have basic computer literacy
  • You must be able to research the internet, write and send emails, navigate through login pages, download materials, and write simple documents

You will be assigned a dedicated student support coach who will help you on your learning journey and provide personalised feedback on your work.

In addition, you can access all resources, including optional learning materials, to help guide your learning through our easy-to-navigate learning portal.

The course focuses on applied learning, so you will be given practical assessments, such as simulated activities, reflection exercises, inventories, and short answer questions, to embed your learning.

While the content is university-level, you will not be required to deliver research assignments with academic citations and bibliographies.
